Treasure Hunt '20

Treasure Hunt ’20 was one of the most tremendous projects annually organized by Rotaract Club of University of Peradeniya. It was held on the 18^th of April from 9.00 am to 4.00 pm. The main objective of this project was to provide an opportunity for new members to enhance the knowledge and skills that will assist them in personal development, to buildup relationships between current members, new members, and past Rotaractors through a framework of friendship.

This was held as a virtual event via WhatsApp as the main platform which consisted of two main sessions including interactive sessions to communicate with each other, creative teamwork with different sets of tasks, and fun-filled items to enhance the fellowship among the new members and current members. Each team was presented with a set of puzzles or clues, where teams had to solve them to find a piece of information which is essential for the development of members, newcomers which may help them to discover and explore, solve problems, test new ideas and experience friendship, cooperation and teamwork.

The event consisted of two major sessions with five main tasks. In the morning session, tasks number one and two were given and it was to explore the official blog of the club and some IQ tasks. In the evening session, another 2 tasks were carried out as Riddle tans puzzle tasks.
