Rotaract Adventure Trek - Inter club trekking competition 2014

Rotaract Adventure Trek, organized by the Rotaract Club of University of Peradeniya was held on the 18th of October 2014 at Dunumadalawa Forest. The event was a success with the participation of over 80 members. Credit for another job well done should go to Rtr. Manishini Ekanayake and the organizing committee who had to go on 2 pilot hikes prior to the competition.

Amidst the drizzle, teams went from one checkpoint to the other where they were met with challenges of various kinds such as puzzles, treasure hunts, rope activities that tested their endurance, strength and most importantly, their team spirit.

The main objective of the program was to build friendship and mutual understanding among rotaractors.The end of the day's program was marked by an enjoyable closing ceremony with singing and dancing, where the Kandy team was announced as the winner of Rotaract Adventure Trek.
