“From University to Workplace – Global Opportunities and Market Gaps”
A career guidance seminar
organized by the Rotaract Club of University of Peradeniya with the
collaboration of the Rotary Club of Kandy was held on the 29th of October 2014
at Arts Faculty Seminar room.
Project coordinators for the seminar were Rtr. Upekha Pathumi Miriyagalla, Rtr. Anushka Dhanapala, Rtr. Jayamali Chathurangika and Rotarian Niyaz. As the resource person for the project, Mr. Shankar Rajamany, Career Development Consultant formerly at the NIIT South Africa, John Keells and Wipro Conglomerate, shared his expertise on the subject with undergraduates of the university.
The session was conducted effectively with games and active interactions. The talk was highly informative and was immensely enjoyed by the participants.
