Treasure Hunt 2014
The Treasure Hunt 2014, another club service program organized by the Rotaract Club of University of Peradeniya was held on the 27 th of July 2014 at Peradeniya Botanical Gardens. Kaushalya Jayasinghe and Kalindu Matarage being the chief organizers of the event, this was a memorable event for all the participants. The main aim of the event was to promote co-ordination, friendship and team spirit among members. The event was totally a success with the participation of around 40 members and the credit should go to President Tharindu Malinga, Secretary Sanath Subasinghe and Treasurer Narada Balasooriya whose guidance lasted throughout the event. Three groups: Rotaract Club of Avengers, Rotaract Club of Olympus and Rotaract Club of ‘Giripura’ were formed and it must be noted that the performance of these three groups were beyond excellence.
